When we decided to adopt a dog earlier this year, we had no idea how emotional -and thorough – the process would be. After making lots of enquiries, we came across little Kiki and instantly fell in love.

We were so excited to be shortlisted to meet her and were incredibly impressed by the care, dedication, and genuine love that Nicole and Jacqueline showed throughout the entire adoption process. It was clear that Kiki’s wellbeing was always their top priority.

The day Kiki came home with us was the beginning of a wonderful new chapter. She has settled into our family beautifully and truly feels like she was always meant to be with us. We simply can’t imagine life without her.
